The consortium is directed by Senior Responsible Owners at each NHS Trust. A dedicated staff team manage the day to day running of the project on their behalf.
We are based in a central location at the National Centre for Sports and Exercise Medicine, Loughborough.
A small long-term core team are jointly responsible for taking the consortium through the deployment and live services management of emrad over the next ten years.
In addition, a larger centrally funded team is in place to support Trusts in practical terms as they work through their local deployments. Each member of the team has specific skills and expertise which are used for the benefit of all emrad Trusts, with learning from one Trust passed directly on to all other Trusts, making such an approach highly efficient and financially prudent
There is also a dedicated team responsible for managing the innovative Vanguard Pilot activities, developed as a result of the consortium's status as an Acute Care Collaboration Vanguard.
Penny has many years of experience in the commercial sector and is responsible for overall management of deployment and live services activities.
Angela is responsible for supporting the deployment of the EMRAD solution, and is taking a lead role in the integration of extended scope radiographers into the Vanguard Pilot projects.
Jeannie is an accomplished team player with a proactive approach and varied skillset, who provides practical support to the consortium.
Mohammed is an accredited ITIL 2011 Expert and is responsible for ensuring that Live Services is delivered through adherence to best practice and contractual obligations.
As a senior IT executive, Andrew has overall responsibility for strategic and operational aspects of the EMRAD consortium.
DR TIM TAYLOR
Tim is a consultant radiologist at one of the EMRAD Trusts. He is responsible for clinical steer and is the clinical figurehead for the consortium.

Azher has a strong background in project methodology and management, and works jointly with Simon to deliver Vanguard aspects of the project along with specific deployment support.
With consummate customer facing skills and significant training expertise, Chris is responsible for leading and driving change management activities within the EMRAD consortium.
Working with Jeannie and based at our EMRAD offices in Loughborough, Corbi delivers a crucial support role for many practical aspects of the project.
