The consortium is directed by Senior Responsible Owners at each NHS Trust. A dedicated staff team manage the day to day running of the project on their behalf.
We are based in a central location at the National Centre for Sports and Exercise Medicine, Loughborough.
A small long-term core team are jointly responsible for taking the consortium through the deployment and live services management of emrad over the next ten years.
In addition, a larger centrally funded team is in place to support Trusts in practical terms as they work through their local deployments. Each member of the team has specific skills and expertise which are used for the benefit of all emrad Trusts, with learning from one Trust passed directly on to all other Trusts, making such an approach highly efficient and financially prudent.
Jeannie joined emrad in 2015 bringing varied knowledge, experience and skillset to the team. She is responsible for the support team of the emrad Programme who provide proactive and practical support to the consortium.
Jacqueline joined emrad in May 2017 bringing with her 18 years NHS experience of implementing clinical and operational IT systems and now managing the exploitation of the emrad analytics service.
Faaz joined emrad in 2017 and has been pivotal in developing the business intelligence tool for emrad. He also manages day to day running of the emrad insourcing project.
Vipul has recently joined the team and has many years of experience of working in the Information/Planning/Data analytics field in the Engineering, Housing and Education sectors, and is looking forward to the challenges of working in and improving the Radiology business intelligence reporting in emrad using GE’s BI Developer Dashboard tools.
As a senior IT executive, Andrew has overall responsibility for strategic and operational aspects of the emrad consortium.
Penny has many years of experience in the commercial sector and is responsible for overall management of deployment and live services activities.
Mohammed is an accredited ITIL 2011 Expert and is responsible for ensuring that Live Services are delivered through adherence to best practice and contractual obligations.
Simon brings with him 17 years of experience in project and change management, using technology enabled transformation to support patient care. He currently leads on the transformational pillar of the emrad strategy which includes the Artificial Intelligence in breast screening project.
Letty joined emrad in September 2018 bringing 6 years NHS experience including Clinical Governance, ICT Systems Training and Project Management. Current responsibilities include benefits realisation of deployed solutions, as well as, managing deployment of select GE digital solutions.
