The consortium is directed by Senior Responsible Owners at each NHS Trust. A dedicated staff team manage the day to day running of the project on their behalf.

We are based in a central location at the National Centre for Sports and Exercise Medicine, Loughborough.

OUR TEAM

The emrad staff team are the first point of contact for any questions, problems or issues relating to the consortium project as a whole.

A small long-term core team are jointly responsible for taking the consortium through the deployment and live services management of emrad over the next ten years.

In addition, a larger centrally funded team is in place to support Trusts in practical terms as they work through their local deployments. Each member of the team has specific skills and expertise which are used for the benefit of all emrad Trusts, with learning from one Trust passed directly on to all other Trusts, making such an approach highly efficient and financially prudent.
